The service analyzes a photo of a sneaker to provide an AI identification (brand, model, colorway, style code, release year), an AI authenticity verdict with a confidence level and supporting evidence, and an AI estimate of retail price and market value.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Not misuse the service or attempt to circumvent its limitations
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for the service, and by marking a check as public you grant us a license to display it in the community gallery. Our service, including AI models and software, remains our intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer

Sneaker Authenticator provides AI-generated results for informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes. Authenticity verdicts, confidence levels, identifications, and value estimates are AI estimates for general guidance and are not a professional authentication, certification, or appraisal. Always verify important details with a qualified authenticator before buying, selling, insuring, or disputing a pair.

6. Disclaimer Agreement

By using Sneaker Authenticator, you also agree to the terms outlined in our AI Authentication Disclaimer. The Disclaimer includes important information about the limitations of our AI-powered checks and value estimates and of every other piece of information presented on Sneaker Authenticator — including community submissions — all of which may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and must not be relied on as expert, financial, or legal advice. The Disclaimer is an integral part of these Terms, and your use of Sneaker Authenticator is subject to your acceptance of both.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sneaker Authenticator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any authenticity verdict, identification, or value estimate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on authentication results.
